• Holotype: ZMA POR 01603 (field nr. SECXIII–II), collected by Siboga Expedition stat. 310 on 12 February 1900.
• Type locality: “Indonesia, Nusa Tenggara, off E coast of Sumbawa, 8.5°S 119.125°E, depth 73 m”.
