Manerebia pervaga Pyrcz & Viloria, 2007

Type locality: Venezuela, Táchira, Parque Nacional El Tamá, 3100-3350 m.

Holotype: MALUZ. male. 16-18.II.1992. leg. A. Viloria & J. Camacho.

Etymology

The name is the feminine form of the Latin adjective, pervagus, meaning wandering, in reference to the flight of this species in the páramo grassland.
