Type locality: "among the leaf litter in primary forest in Way Sepunti trail (05°03′51″ S, 104°02′05″ E, 691 m a.s.l.; Figure 1), Kubu Perahu village, District of Liwa, Lampung Province, Sumatra, Indonesia".

Holotype: MZB 15862.
