Juliomys pictipes (Osgood, 1933)

Holotype: FMNH 26814, adult ♂, skin and skull.

Type locality: “Caraguatay, Rio Parana, 100 miles south of Rio Iguassu, Misiones, Argentina”, restricted by Pardiñas et al. (2007) to Puerto Caraguatay (26.616°S, 54.766°W), Misiones, Argentina, although the holotype was probably obtained at the nearby locality Puerto Benson (Pardiñas et al. 2008).
