Idiolophorhynchus andriashevi Sazonov, 1981

Type locality: western and southern coasts of Australia and around New Zealand, 1,190-2,350 m.

Etymology: The species epithet andriashevi is in honor of the ichthyologist Anatoly Andriyashev for his outstanding contribution to the study of systematics and zoogeography of fish.
