Hyloscirtus pantostictus (Duellman & Berger, 1982)

Type locality: "0.5 km south of Santa Bárbara along the road to La Bonita, 2650 m, Provincia Carchi, Ecuador (00° 24´ N, 77° 33´ W)".

Holotype: KU 190000.
