- Holotype: MZUSP 38025, adult ♀, collected by Academia Brasileira de Ciências-Museu de Zoologia Expedition between 22–24 April 1973.
- Type locality: “Areia Branca, Estado de Sergipe, Brasil”.
- Paratype: MZUSP 38024, adult ♂, same data as for the holotype.
