Type locality: Japan: Okinawa Pref.: Miyako-jima Is.: Shimozato Hirara, Oharaminami Park, Tsuzupisuki-abu cave, 32 m, long and humid cave, in the dark zone of the cave, 24.79468°N, 125.28192°E.
