Hemigrammus neptunus Zarske & Géry, 2002

Holotype: MTD F 25536. Paratypes: CIRA-UTB 972 a-e (5); MTD F 25537-25546 (10); Géry private coll. 1047:1-5 (5); NMW 94641-44 (4).

Type locality: Río Manuripi, not far from its junction with Río Tahuamanu, between Alméndrillo, 11°11'687"S, 67°34'269"W, and Bolima, 11°16'890"S, 67°36'246"W, Dep. Pando, Bolivia.
