  • Type locality: BORNEO: Sabah, Sepilok, Forest Reserve, leaf litter.
  • Holotype: Collection Guillaume de Rougemont, London, ♂, 13.II.2007, G. de Rougemont leg.
  • Etymology: The profile of the aedeagus, in lateral view, is shaped like the head of dragon with a fierce mouth. The name of the new species means "fierce mouth" from the Latin os = mouth and ferox = fierce.
