Name

Holotype: IZCAS, ♂, 16.–30.04.2007.

Type locality: CHINA: Yunnan: Menglun Town: Xishuangbanna Nature Reserve, 21°57.669'N, 101°11.893'E, elevation ca 790 m.

Etymology: The specific name is derived from the Latin word ‘asper’, meaning ‘rough’, in reference to the rough surface of the paracymbium; adjective.
