• Holotype: ZSM 422/2016, adult ♂.
• Type locality: “at a site along the main trail leading from Camp Simpona to the summit of the Marojejy Massif, Sava Region, northeastern Madagascar, at geographical coordinates 14.44400°S, 49.73791°E and an elevation of 1758 m above sea level”.
