- Holotype: MZFC 27254, adult ♀, collected by Israel Fentanes Patiño on 24 March 1998.
- Type locality: “from 3.5 km W of Xocoyolo, municipality of Cuetzalan, Puebla, Mexico (19°59.432' N, 97°33.325' W; datum = WGS84), 1225 m elevation”.
