Holotype: THUMB ♀, Taiwan, Hualien Hsien, Nanan, 300 m, 23°19′ N, 121°15′E, 25 August 1994, F. R. Chao, leaf and humus.
Paratypes: THUMB: 2♀♀, same data as holotype; 2♀♀, 28 August 1996, same habitat as holotype.
- Note: The types are lost according to Kočárek & Hu (2023).
Type locality: Taiwan: Hualien Hsien, Nanan, 300 m, 23°19′ N, 121°15′E.
