Genus: Euphyllura
Species: Euphyllura caudata
Name
edit- Euphyllura caudata Mathur, 1975
- Authority for placement: original
- disputed by Taylor, 1987: 231 ('Mathur (1975) described Euphyllura caudata and E. concolor, indicating that he proposed to refer them to a new genus Loginoviana after related species had been studied. I have not seen these 2 species, but Mathur's detailed descriptions and figures of the adults and nymphs suggest that they should be placed in Ctenarytaina; they are certainly closely related to it, and both feed on Syzygium cumini (L) Skeels ( = Eugenia jumbolana Lam.), Myrtaceae')
