Holotype: ANIC worker, and worker paratypes [2 from Caswell Drive, Australian Capital Territory, in AMSA, NMM, SAMA, BMNH, MHN, 2 in MCZC, MNHU].
Type locality: Mt. Ainslie [35.16'S 149.10'E], Australian Capital Territory.
