Type locality: Russia, Republic of North Ossetia–Alania, Alagir District, nr Nizhniy Zaramag, Tsmiakom Mt, 42°41′54.02′′N 43°59′09.79′′E, southern slope, mountain steppe, sweeping, 1830–2400 m.

Holotype: ZMMU. male ♂. 03.VII.2015. legit S. K. Alexeev.
