• Holotype: ZMUC DEM-000075, collected by Ingolf-Expedition on 13 June 1896.
• Type locality: “Station 78, 60º37' Lat. N., 27º52' Long. W., on the eastern slope of the Reykjanaes-ridge, depth 799 fathoms”.
