Delias pheres approximata (Joicey & Talbot, 1922)

Type locality: Indonesia, Irian Jaya, Weyland Ms., Menoo River, 3500-5000 ft. (1000-1500 m.).

Lectotype: BMNH. male ♂. XI.-XII.1920. C. , F. & J. Pratt. (designated by Orr & Sibatani, 1985)
