Holotype: ZRC 50706. Paratypes: CAS 224434 (40); ZRC 50707 (1), 50708 (303); USNM 388753 (40).
Type locality: Pools at foot of mountain near Hopong town 30 kilometers east of Taunggyi, Myanmar, elevation 1040 meters.
