Cordylus minor FitzSimons, 1943

  • Syntypes (6): TM 19563–19568, adult ♂ and ♀, collected on 26 September 1940.
  • Type locality: “just north of Matjesfontein, C.P. [=Western Cape Province]”, South Africa.

    • Holotype: SAM 50893, adult ♂, collected by P. Le F.N. Mounton and J.H. Van Wyk on 10 June 1993.
    • Type locality: “The farm, De Hoek, in the Nuweveld Mountains, Fraserburg district (32°09′31″S / 21°43′17″E; 3221BA Steenkampsvlakte), Northern Cape Province, South Africa, at an altitude of 1700 m above sea level”.
  • Cordylus aridus Mouton & Van Wyk, 1994: 15 [synonymised by Tolley et al. (2022)]
    • Holotype: SAM 50901, adult ♀, collected by P. Le F.N. Mounton on 9 October 1989.
    • Type locality: “The farm Botterkraal in the Prince Albert district (33°25′22″S / 22°05′21″"E; 3322AB Botterkraal), Western Cape Province, South Africa, at an altitude of 970 m above sea level”.
