Type locality: SW slope of Mt, Hidega-dake, Ôdaigahara-zan, 1560 m in elevation, Kamikitayama-mura, Yoshino-gun, Nara Prefecture, Honshu, Japan.

Holotype: NSMT. male ♂. 12.V.2004. legit S. Hatsushiba. NSMT-Ar5679.
