Type locality: Akakina, Amami-oshima Is., Kagoshima Pref., Japan

Holotype ♂: In NSMT (2-XII-1997, M. Shimojana leg.)

Synonymy

• Coelotes hachijoensis [[Hirotsugu Ono|]], 2008: 163 (synonymized by Okumura & Cheng, 2023: 19)
  • Type locality: Sueyoshi, Hachijo-jima Island, Tokyo, Japan.
