Type locality: Sorthern slope of Mt. Chôkai-zan, 1,220-1,300 m alt., Yawata-chô, Akumi-gun, Yamagata Pref., Japan

Holotype ♂: In NSMT (29-VIII-1982, Y. Nishikawa leg.)
