  • Holotype: ICN 20765.
  • Type locality: “Departamento del Caquetá, municipio de Florencia, 31-8.6 km E Alto Gabinete, vertiente oriental Cordillera Oriental de Colombia, 1°53′ latitud N, 75°41′ W de Greenwich, 2040–2270 m”, Colombia.
