  • Holotype: ICN 24297.
  • Type locality: “Departamento del Caquetá, municipio de Florencia, vereda Gabinete, 3.1 km abajo de la cresta del Alto Gabinete, vertiente oriental Cordilla Oriental de Colombia, 1°53′ latitud N, 75°41′ W de Greenwich, 2190 m”, Colombia.
