- Type locality: “Departamento de Cauca, municipio de Inzá, Km. 64-73 carretera Popayán a Inzá, vertiente oriental Codillera Central, 2°34′ latitud N, 76°4′ W de Greenwich, 2590-2660 m”, Colombia.
