- Holotype: MUSM 24056, adult ♀, collected by C. Torres on 31 October 2005.
- Type locality: “Sabetari stream (11°14′31″S, 73°31′33″W, 370 m), on the Tambo River Basin, 9 km NNE of the indigenous community of Quitepampani, province of Satipo, department of Junín, Peru”.
