Holotype: UMZC 2014.2.1.
Type locality: Black mudstones, 300 m below Kay Heugh, in the bed of the River Coquet, near Barrow Scar, Alwinton, Northumberland, England.
Etymology: From the Latin celatus (= to conceal or hide), referring to the difficulty of finding small tooth plates.
