- Type locality: China, Xizang Autonomous Region, Medog Co., Baibung town, Hanmi, 2200 m, 14.VIII.2005, Tang Liang leg.
- Etymology: The specific epithet refers to Hanmi, the locality in Tibet, from where the new species is described.
