Chrotomys sibuyanensis Rickart, Heaney, Goodman & Jansa, 2005: 420

• Holotype: FMNH 145701 (field number 5150), adult ♂, skin, skull, and partial postcranial skeleton, collected by S.M. Goodman on 8 March 1992.
• Type locality: “Northwest slope of Mt. Guitinguitin, 6.75 km S, 4.5 km E Magdiwang, Romblon Province, Sibuyan Island, Philippines, 1,325 m elevation, 12°26′N, 122°33′E”.

Native distribution areas

• Philippines: Sibuyan Island.
