edit- Holotype: BPBM 13813 (field tag AA 11764), adult ♂, collected by A. Allison on 23 September 1986.
- Type locality: "southern slopes of Mt. Menawa, 8.5 km N, 13 km E of Utai Aerodrome, vicinity of Agpo Creek, 3.312° S, 141.700° E, 950 m elevation, Bewani Mountains, Sandun (formerly West Sepik) Province, Papua New Guinea".
- Paratypes: (n = 5) Mt. Menawa, Bewani Mts., Sandaun (formerly West Sepik) Province, Papua New Guinea.
