Chiropodomys calamianensis (Taylor, 1934)

• Holotype: UIMNH 33391 (formerly EHT 104), ♀, body in alcohol witk skull removed, collected by E.H. Taylor on 18 April 1918.
• Type locality: “at sea level near Minuit, Busuanga Island, Calamianes”, Philippines.

• Insulaemus calamianensis Taylor, 1934: 470 [Original combination]
• Chiropodomys calamianensis: Ellerman, 1941: 86 [subsequent combination]

Native distribution areas

• Philippines: Balabac, Busuanga and Palawan islands.
