Cephalonomia shirahamana Terayama, 1999 in Yamane, Ikudome & Terayama.

Type locality: Japan, Ryukyus, Okinawa Pref., Iriomote-jima Island, Shirahama.

Holotype: NIAES. female ♀. 31.VIII-5.IX.1969. legit H. Makihara.
