Type locality: USA, California, Tehama County: Covello-Paskenta Road, 25 air miles east of Covelo on Forest Service Road 23N69, /z mile south from Road 23N02" 5300 ft alt.

Holotype: CNC. male ♂. 08.IX.196. legit F.O. Leech. Type No. 12555.
