  • Holotype: BSMP 1837. [destroyed during WWII]
  • Neotype: FMNH 76294, ♀. [designated by Inger & Marx (1965: 123)]
  • Type locality: “Cagayan Sulu”, redesigned by neotype designation to “Deramakot, North Borneo”, by Inger & Marx (1965: 123).
