  • Holotype: IMC, skin without head, collected by R. Swinhoe between 1855–1860. [lost fide Smith (1943: 416)]
  • Type locality: Unknown, designated as “Amoy” [= Xiamen Shi, Fujian Province, China] by Pope (1935: 335).
