  • Holotype: Natural Resources Canada, Canadian Forest Service, Laurentian Forestry Centre, René Martineau Insectarium, Québec City, Quebec, Canada, ♀.
  • Etymology: Named for Douglas Davidge, biological technician (ECW), who supported the second author in his work for 20 years.
