Holotype: UTA A-45328, by original designation.

Type locality: East of San Miguelito, along tributary of Río Bobos, Sierra de Caral, Municipio de Morales, Izabal, Guatemala, between 510–550 m elevation (15.357485°N, 88.719444°W).
