  • Holotype: IAvHP 8133.
  • Paratypes: IAvHP 8129 (6), 8130 (2), 8131 (2), 8132 (2), 8167 (3).

Type locality: Río Meta drainage, Río Cusiana, bridge El Venado, 5°00'50"N, 72°41'30.9"W [1], Casanare, Colombia, elevation 305 meters.
