Apistogramma kullanderi Varella & Sabaj Pérez, 2014

Holotype: MZUSP 115957. Paratypes: ANSP, MZUSP, NRM.

Type locality: Pará, Altamira, unnamed tributary of Rio Curuá, on route BR163 bridge, 8°49'12"S, 54°58'11"W, Brazil.

Etymology: Apistogramma from Greek apisto ("uncertain") and gramma ("graphic signal"). Specific name kullanderi in honour of Swedish ichthyologist Sven O. Kullander.
