- Type locality: “Farm Perkeo 223 KT, 24°27′S, 30°35′E, Sekukhuneland District (2430 BC), Limpopo Province, Republic of South Africa”.
- Paratypes (n=10): TM 81224–81228, 81230–81232, 81234–81235, same data as for holotype.
