  • Holotype: BMNH 55.12.24.175, adult indet., skin and skull.
  • Type locality: “Chatham Island [Isla San Cristóbal], Galapagos Archipelago, Pacific Ocean,” Ecuador (00°50’S, 89°26’W”).
