  • Holotype: WAM P. 33303-001.
  • Paratypes: WAM P. 33491-001 (2), P. 33513-001 (1).

Type locality: Hooley Creek [1], Ashburton River, Western Australia.

Etymology: The species is named in honour of S. Morrison (WAM), who collected the type specimens and tissue samples for the molecular study.
