• Holotype: UFPEPOR 2329, collected by Pernambuco expedition on 14 February 1969.
• Type locality: “off Itamaracá Municipality (7°40’0’’S 34°28’7’’W), Pernambuco State, Brazil, depth 60–68 m, st. 36”.
