  • Holotype: lost fide Covacevich (1971).
  • Neotype: QM J23660, collected by C. Morris and A. Merrit on 22 July 1973. [designated by Ingram & Covacevich (1988: 336)]
  • Type locality: “Brisbane”, redesigned by neotype designation to “Mt. Coot-tha, Brisbane, SE Queensland (27º29'S, 152º57'E)” by Ingram & Covacevich (1988: 336).
