Adalia (Adaliomorpha)

I removed the {{aut| }} template from the Name section of Adalia (Adaliomorpha) because the current instructions on Wikispecies use {{aut| }} only in the Reference section. --Georgeryp 15:24, 22 May 2007 (UTC)

Template:Faunaeur

When you make a reference/url template, it may be a good idea to include the line: <noinclude>[[Category:Templates|{{PAGENAME}}]]</noinclude> so it is placed in that category. --Georgeryp 16:58, 25 May 2007 (UTC)

Hi, on Wikispecies we choose one classification to use on the taxon page. If the classification is disputed, we list alternatives on the associated talk (discussion) page ... thanks ... Stho002 (talk) 08:39, 16 April 2010 (UTC)

Deletion nominations

Page for synonyms and original combinations should be either redirected or left as is. If a name has been published properly, there is no reason for it not to have at least a redirect here even if it is not currently in use. Koumz (talk) 12:46, 28 March 2012 (UTC)

Template:Faunaeur and Template:BioLib

I've adjusted these templates so that the name displayed in the link can be easily italicized (for genus and species names) by just using "i" as the second parameter. Koumz (talk) 13:00, 7 April 2012 (UTC)
