• Locality: Agumatsa (07°01.758´ N, 00°33.490´ E, 269 m above sea level), Ghana.
• Type specimens: Hapantotype (accession number 41736NS, over 20 trypomastigotes seen, C. olivacea, Agumatsa, 07°01.758´N, 00°33.490´E, Ghana, collected by G. Valkiūnas, 7 July 2007; GenBank JX436210) - deposited in the Institute of Ecology, Nature Research Centre, Vilnius, Lithuania.
