Synonyms

• Tracheoniscus schwangarti Verhoeff, 1928
• T. illyricus schwangarti (in Verhoeff, 1938)
• T. camerani schwangarti (in Strouhall, 1966)

Notes

Schmidt (1997) could not obtain specimen for his revision, hence the species is not included and its status unresolved. Verhoeff (1938) himself moved the species to subspecies status under illyricus (today T. ratzeburgii), but Strouhal (1966) thought it to be a subspecies of T. camerani.
