Type locality: (C-08), in hollow of tree, well above the ground and away from water in forest of Los Banos, near University of the Philippines, southern shore of Laguna de Bay, Laguna Province, Luzon Island, Philippines, leg. D. S. Balete, 8.vi.l986 (23.7 by 18.7 mm).
